Rodrigo works as a Business Analyst at Confie BPO and has 5 years of experience with Salesforce using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and SFMC Account Engagement (aka Pardot). He is dedicated to solving problems, optimizing business processes and delivering value.
His beginnings as an accidental admin and his education as software engineer provided the right mixture of abilities a Business Analyst can start with. He’s a member of Salesforce Community Advisory Board and leads the Salesforce Community ‘User Group Veracruz, MX’. Teaches Salesforce CRM solutions for the Universidad Cristóbal Colón and the Universidad Anáhuac Online’s Salesforce Administrator Continuing Education Certificate course.
Around this days he’s being a speaker for conferences like ‘Techquería Summit 2026 Pa’lante’, ‘Conexión Latina’ and the ‘Agentforce World Tour Mexico City’. He also volunteer as part of the organizing team of the ‘Mexico Dreamin’ that is a Salesforce Community Conference.
